I had this thought for implementing those minigames some weeks ago: An "alternate Battle Zone" (and a normal Battle Zone from Emerald of course, for people who prefer that), maybe even amusement park-ish with different riddle games (-> Voltorb Flip) / mini games / contests / maybe. 1 / 3. For Pokemon Black Version 2 on the DS, a GameFAQs message board topic titled "Why don't they bring back Voltorb Flip?". But if you use strategy and proper counting just fine, you should be able to make hundreds of coins off the first three or four levels at least almost every time. Ultimately voltorb flip is the only guaranteed way of making money since slots are all down to luck. Maybe have a caveat where prizes cost more if you're getting them with purchased coins.
